Terms of Service

By using Merqad, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Merqad connects to your ad platforms, analyzes campaign performance, and provides optimization recommendations. Recommendations are estimates based on historical data and may not reflect future results. You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them.

• You sign in via Google OAuth — no password registration
• You connect ad platforms via each platform's OAuth flow
• You must have authorization to manage the ad accounts you connect

Starter ($9/month) and Pro ($29/month) are billed via Polar, monthly or annually — you choose the cycle on the billing page in your workspace. Enterprise is quoted separately. Plans renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No payment card data transits through our servers.

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can evaluate Merqad before you are charged. You can cancel at any time — cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, email info@merqad.com and we will review your case.

Merqad is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of ad performance. We are not liable for changes made to your campaigns, platform API outages, or attribution differences between platforms.
